- It used to be that the 'official' WinSock archive was sunsite.unc.edu in
- pub/micro/pc-stuff/ms-windows/winsock; in particular, the apps directory has a
- very good collection of good stuff. It's become a bit more spread out now,
- but this site, and this newsgroup, is a good place to start.

- I can recommend WSGopher as a Gopher client, because I wrote it! It's
- wsg-09g.exe, and version 1.0 will be coming out soon; just the same, the
- version on sunsite is stable. Don't be put off by the low version #; WSGopher
- has been in use for close to a year, and there were just some things I wanted
- to have in version 1.0 ...
